IT Project Manager - Budapest

Your Tasks

  • General project management of complex international software projects
  • Support of the entire project life cycle from cost estimation to operation
  • Interface function between customers, project team, external partners and internal departments
  • Development of project scope and objectives, creation of a detailed project plan and ensurement of feasibility together with technical experts and business departments
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting of the entire project (resources, budget, scope, schedules and milestones)
  • Manage all project stakeholders (e.g. stakeholders, internal and external customers, suppliers, developers, etc.)
  • Perform risk management, evaluate and initiate measures to minimize risks
  • Creation, maintenance and monitoring of comprehensive project documentation
  • Organization, implementation and moderation of kick-off sessions, meetings, jour fixe telcos and workshops
  • Direct reporting line to the Head of IT Web Applications

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies related to the profile and experience in project management as well as in the technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams
  • Professional experience in planning, implementation and management of complex software/web projects
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in web technologies
  • Experience in the integration of web applications with SAP would be an advantage
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking skills, assertiveness and very good understanding of processes
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving and presentation skills
  • High sense of quality and responsibility as well as independent thinking and acting
  • Enjoys networking and coordinating the various project stakeholders
  • Confident clarification even of difficult project situations
  • Experience in project management according to hybrid approaches (combination of classic and agile methods)
  • Certifications and/or experience in e.g. the following topics are advantageous: Scrum (Scrum Master, Product Owner), IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Design Thinking or similar
  • Fluent English spoken and written, German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to CTDI's various locations, as well as locations of our customers
